Q.

I am 36weeks pregnant. Doc has prescribed l-arginine sachet twice a day. When to take? Is this to be taken before breakfast

A. hello dear good evening definitely consume the l arginine sachets in a day you can take it anytime in the morning and in the evening keep some gap before consuming it
