I am 36 weeks pregnant and doctor told me to get admitted in hospital in 4 days as I am diabetic as well as my amniotic fluid is reduced.. Now I am having severe headache, cold and body pain.. what to do now? can I take some medicines?

A. Paracetamol is a safe drug to be used in pregnancy. But over usage is never recommended. Taking Dolo 650 once for head ache is fine.
