I am 35 year old women this tym i got my periods 10 days early what could be the reason . is it normal I am worried please help

A. It's normal Because of hormonal changes

A. hi its ok to get this sometimes due to work overload , stress or simply because of hormonal changes we can get it earlier. its normal although if the flow is heavy ,you feel exhusted i advise to visit your gynec
