Q.

I am 31 weeks pregnant and my sgot/ast is 178 and sgpt/alt is 226 and alkaline phosphate is 253. I am taking a medicine suggested by doctor twice a day from last 4 weeks. does it harm or lead to early delivery?

A. hi mom yes u r having cholestasis of pregnancy it can harm ur baby so u need to consult with your doctor for proper examination and fetal monitoring .. tc
