I am 3 month pregnant. I have neck pain and back side pain in Early morning, when I wake up.. How can I do ?

A. Try doing some stretching exercises for the hands and neck provided you don’t have any high risk factors and also take calcium along with vitamin D. The pains will be there even a couple of years after giving birthWrite Your Answer Here
