i am 28 yr old..from last 2 years i am suffering alergy from rice ,banana and brinjal..what is the reason ?

A. you can have increased sensitivity or allergy due to your hyper reactive immune system . any of the allergic so you need to gradually boost up your immune system by taking medications doing Pranayam and yoga regularly
