Q.

I am 26 weeks pregnant can I start my exercise for normal delivery n how long can I do my exercise?

A. light. do ultrasound n necessary tests after consulting a specialist. without proper check up we can't advise or help you.. Avoid shirt cuts when it comes to health if mother n baby. ok.

A. Hello dear! It is advisable to undergo physical training under an expert. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day. Good luck and take care
