i am 22 weeks pregnant and i am covid 19 positive and i have symptoms like cold throat pain. what should I do???

A. Hi Mom Take steam inhalation Stay hydrated Burp well after every feeding Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
