hello doctor. my baby is 2.5 yrs old. we r giving calpol 4 ml, mucolite syrup 1 ml, hatric 5 ml. now my baby is complaining of soar throat and on notice we found redness on inside small tongue. fever is not there now. can u pls suggest any medicine for soar throat which can be taken along with above medicines?
