I am 21 weeks pregnant . My baby is in breech position and is shifted down in uterus. Doctor says I will have early delivery . Is it true ? How can I change breech position of baby any suggestions?

A. Actually my doctor has said to do less work or exercise because my placenta is also low lying posterior. Also baby rotation cannot be done by us because it has shifted down in uterus ,it can cause bleeding . Hence doctor said to avoid it too . Too many things I’m just worried 🥲. I feel pelvic pressure day night due to this .
