I am 20 weeks pregnant suffering from piles from one week pain is on and off already using smuth cream and duphalac but no use please help

A. Mam you have to check with your doctor your gynaecologist since you’re pregnant we cannot recommend you to take anything you’ve already doing whatever is needed ahead of this whatever would be needed or required in pregnancy only your doctor can advise you on that
