I am 14 weeks pregnant I feel pain and heavy ness in lower right side of stomach what does it mean ?

preetMom of a 3 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. it's a common phenomena due to enlarging gravid uterus, there is stretching of broad ligament and other surrounding structures which can result in heaviness and pain.
do visit ur doctor if pain is persistent, or/ and associated with any vaginal discharge or bleeding
