pregnant again ,first month so much of acidity and stomach problem,also had pain and heavy ness in toilet .... had a 2.5 year daughter please suggest what to do

reduce your spicy and oily food intake.
once consult your gynaecologist for routine check up and do all routine investigation required and start treatment as advised by your doctor

These all things are very common during pregnancy and in the first trimester of pregnancy. With the time you will get relief so you don’t have to worry about it at all you just have to maintain a proper diet. Never take any sort of medication till it is not advised by your gynaecologist
