hy my first delivery is c section after 5 years another c section is done 2 month ago can I clamp stairs for 4 floor please reply me

If it is important for you then you can do it once or twice in a day but avoid doing it too much the doctor is not find it really very healthy to keep climbing stairs so once or twice in a day if it is important for you to go ahead with it then youWrite Your Answer Here
