NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy4 years agoA. hello some babies are slow weight gainers and if the baby is active then weight is not a problem and make and just make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious food in the diet and also include dry fruits and dairy products alo g with fruits and vegetables
