add small snacks like fruits, salads, nuts, coconut water lassi in between
do not extend gaps more than 3hrs in between
encourage daily physical activity along with diet
Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. as i can see your baby is 2 year plus then you should start giving all three meals to your baby whatever you cook for family give the same and along with that can give coconut water, buttermilk, curd,paneer, all fruit and vegetables in form of purees or juices, soups, shakes , upma idli etc
