ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. it is recommended to continue breastfeeding till 2 years to stop breastfeeding give filling meals drop one breastfeed every week father or other family member can help with feeding and putting child to sleep build a bedtime routine that does not revolve around breastfeeding
