Hello ma’am Slowly gradually only you can do it and that is by reducing down the number of feeds that you are giving to your child on an everyday basis and after that you can also consult your doctor to take a medicine which will help in drying up your breast feed. So slowly gradually within a months time also you can get over this thing in sometime
