how to warm breast milk after storing in fridge

A. Dear ma'am, do not directly heat the refrigerated expressed breast milk. Heat water in a big bowl, turn off the stove and remove the bowl and place the expressed breast milk container in the bowl containing hot water and gently thaw it.

A. Can thaw the milk put it in a double boiler and warm it and give it to the baby discard the remaining milk and avoid giving it to the baby give fresh milk everytime to the baby. Store bm in clean glass bottles and give can store for 4 to 5 hours at room temperature or for 24 hrs if refrigerated

A. Heat water in a container and then you switch off the flame put this container in which you have kept the breast milk and put it into 5minutes make sure you check before you give it to your baby
