A. hi good evening. better to consult with your doctor for examination and treatment for the same. avoid self or suggested medications it can be dangerous and may have deleterious side effects. always follow up with your doctor in person

A. Don't use gripe water/any enzymes contaning drops to ur baby It's of no use Always better to avoid. No need to give anything except vitamin D3 drops, if baby is on exclusive breast feed. Continue with exclusive breast feed ur baby till completing 6months of age. It will help.

A. Hi! Lactase enzyme drops recommended in case of transient lactose intolerance. It can be used for few days for it. Put 5 drops in expressed breast milk and give breast feeding after 5 to 10 minutes. Put drops every time. In case of formula feeds instill around 5 drops in 60 ml milk prepared, keep for 30 minutes then feed your baby. Instructions of use clearly written in leaflet of such drops. thanks.

A. for anything like this you should check with your doctor if it is required by the baby or not if it is required then you should check with the doctor in what weight is to be given to know the exact way
