How to use fenugreek seed (methi seed) to increase breast milk?

A. hi,please soak it at night and have it early in the morning.you can also take Sandu's shatari kalp in a milk every night,

A. you can make fenugreek seeds sabji. dip in water whole night. then morning make it .with onions and tomatoe.garlic.potato.etc.as a normal sabji

A. You can soak methi seeds into the water for full night. Can drink the water and eat the soaked seeds...

A. when you are cooking rice while it is half cooked make a small hole in the middle of the rice and add a few seeds of methi. close the cooking pot and wait till the rice is fully cooked. once its cooked even the methi seeds would have cooked. just scoop it out snd eat it with rice. putting it in the only because it is easier to scoop out and doesn't mix with full rice. others can eat the rest of it.
