how to treat baby diarrhea at home

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician5 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 9 months old and if she is having a diarrhoea so give her ORS spoon by spoon and smashed banana and coconut water and lemon Sharabat if not ORS,and breast feeding too

Hi mom. if the child is passing 1 to 10 times motion per day no need to do any treatment but make sure you why did the child will be given enough amount of breastmilk and liquids if your baby is having loose motion do not worry as it is quite common during this age and it is sometimes related to teething. Baby doesn't need any treatment but give breast milk continuously to avoid any dehydration. keep the floor of the house clean as baby will put the hands in the mouth and may cause diarrhoea more.
