how to take vit D3 supplement... is of 60k... when to take ... and with what.. pls advice...

ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist6 years agoA. dear mom if thats for you then generally vit d of 60k is prescribed for 8 weeks by taking once a week, that means you will take one tab in a week for 8 weeks, still better to seek doctors advise
