Hello ma’am Don’t bend down don’t pick up heavy stuff take rest at least for 30 to 60 days apart from that whatever appointment your doctor has given you clean your stitches well maintain hygiene and cleanliness there so that you know that you don’t do not get any kind of an infection into your stitches and all these things so just be careful about these things and do not try to do any kind of exercise for at least 6 to 8 months
