Diaper should be change frequently and not used more than 3 to 4 hours or if the diaper is soiled it should be change immediately also try to use a diaper with super absorbent jelly which will be more helpful in reducing the rashes diaper should not be used jovery frequently also use zinc oxide barrier diaper rash creams to avoid contact of urine with the skin
Also maintain proper hygiene and avojid dampness which can cause secondary fungal infection.

Preemie Diaper Size: 6 lbs and under (Preemie diapers are sold by some brands, like Huggies and Pampers)
Newborn Diaper Size: 10 pounds and under.
Size 1: 8 -14 lbs.
Size 2: 12-18 lbs.
Size 3: 16-28 lbs.
Size 4: 22-37 lbs.
Size 5: 27-35 lbs.
Size 6: 35 lbs and over.
