Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutyou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

By Cutting down completely on to the spicy food that you are eating because you’re getting a hard on because of that only other than that you should start having milk on regular basis and try to have cold milk and specially right before the bedtime and still if you do not feel relief then consult your doctor and try to have more amount of liquid
