Sarika guptaMom of 2 children1 month agoA. mam please boil saunf pudina and ajwain in water and taking this water on cooling off. also chew saunf after every meal. please avoid oily and maida food items. if the problem increases then you can get an anti acid medicine prescribed by your gynaecologist.
