A. eat low calorie diet and reduce your sugar and fat intake. walk for half an hour daily. drink lukewarm water. have green tea twice a day. avoid sitting for prolonged hours

A. Hi Mom, Maintain healthy and balanced diet. Choose healthy proteins. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Along with balanced diet exercise daily to reduce the weight.. Exercise atleast 30 mins per day. Avoid sugar, refined carbs, and fried items.
