to reduce weight workout and diet both are important 
have small and frequent meals 
increase the intake the fruits, vegetables,  oats, daliya, sprouts, curd, paneer,  low fat milk, soyabeans, dal, beans in your diet 
have protein with each meal
Start your meal with salad
reduce intake of extra sugar, sugary drinks, processed food, chips, bakery products, fried food,junk food and sweets 
have 2-3 litres of water every day 
workout for 45min daily for 5 days a week

Now your baby is more than four years old so you should try to do yoga regularly. Yoga is very effective in losing pregnancy weight. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning to get better results. You should also for the calories intake and add more fiber food in your regular diet plan
