how to reduce tummy after normal delivery and my baby is 8 months old

A. hi mom to reduce your tummy u need to start exercising along with strict diet control take protein rich diet low fat and low sugar diet do yoga aerobic zumba cycling etc

A. Hello dear parent! Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Be patient and persistent in your efforts. Good luck and take care.
