how to reduce tummy after c section and which type of exercise want to start when we want to start the exercise

A. once you complete six months after the surgery and your healing was timely then you can start working out after 6 months of surgery cell and you can do abdominal exercises also. but until then brisk walking is a better option

A. Hi parent please include green tea instead of coffee and tea please take one bowl of salad before taking meals please do some exercise and yog for one hour daily please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug instant senetizer
