how to protect child against cold and cough?

Author of questionMom of a 3 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. if I cover her ears with cotton cap, will it be sufficient as I am wearing her thermal set, one high neck top along with her outer dress and cut sleeves sweater and socks. also she hasn't started rolling yet, any suggestion to help her out on that? she is 4 months old

give nasal saline drops every 3 hours which will help in decreasing both cough and cold. you can also go for indirect steam inhalation. continue regular diet and keep child well hydrated.
if the child is well hydrated then cough and cold will improve rapidly.r
anti-cold medicines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation.
