how to prepare and give rava to a 4 month 14 day old baby coz my doctor has advised me to start with liquid like rice water/ dal water / ragi and rava but don't know how to make ragi and rava for my baby

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Let the baby complete six months of age and then start art giving liquids and semi solids to the baby and till then keep feeding the baby well on regular intervals
