POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl5 years agoA. Any formula milk if given to babies, should be mixed with pre boiled lukewarm water. You should mix one scoop with every 30 ml of water. A 4 months old baby should drink between120 to 150 ml of milk per serving. Therefore, in 120 ml mix 4 scoops of formula. Feed 6-7 times a day for full nutrition.
