Q.

how to make puree for 6.5 months old baby? I am mashing the pumpkin but he is bot able to take. and he is gagging. Should o blend it in a mixer?

A. Namaste MOm, Try to now give intially some liquid and semi solid consistency foods only .. let the baby get comfortable, also make sure he is in the upright position in sitting. later soft foods when you cook, you may cook is slightly more and mash is manually the better for certain you can use mixer, but the consistency should be comfortable for the baby
