Hello ma’am It is very common to be hungry when you are breastfeeding a baby because most of what ever in your body your child is having its which is very common to be frequently hungry I would advise you to eat properly and once your stitches completely heal if you had a normal delivery then you can start working out a light workout from to 3 months after your delivery and if you have had a C-section the delivery then you have to wait for minimum of 6 to 8 months
