A. the best way to reduce weight after delivery is daily walking along with exercises try to start with mild exercise and then slowly after one or two months even for heavy workout do not start heavy workout suddenly

A. Hi, You have to try few things.. 1) Drink plenty of water to detoxify your body. 2) Avoid rice oily food junk food cheese etc. 3) Eat healthy and nutritious food. 4) Very Important is to do exercises at home or nearby gym. 5) Don't take stress. Have fresh aloe vera gel in the morning.
