Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

Then Go ahead start working out start following a proper diet if you want to lose on your weight proportionately if you need you can also consult a dietician they would advise you the right kind of diet that you should follow and exercise of your choice which you are very comfortable and happy doing
