how to loose my weight first after pregnancy I'm gaining weight so I want to loose weight

A. Dear mum, for weight loss reduce intake of fats, oily foods, processed and packaged foods. Eat mindfully and have a diet rich in fruits and vegetables. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseeds and lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.
