Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr old boy10 months agoA. Hello my dear parent! Baby should be exclusively breastfeed for the first six months for better health, nutrition, hydration and weight gain. There should be a minimum weight gain of 400 to 500 g per month in the first few months. Good luck and take care.
