how to increase my breast milk sometimes its tooo less ...so any food suggestions

A. Hello mom You should add more dairy products and your regular diet plan and you should start taking at least 2 to 4 cup of milk in a day it will help in increasing breast milk. Rather than this you should also add jeera and ajwain in your regular diet it will also help in increasing breast milk
