Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you should eat right and healthy diet. Include green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits in your diet. Also drink lots of water and milk twice in a day . Add lactonic granules in the milk as that also help in increasing milk supply.
