A. you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemade food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits dailyx e as well as you can go for shatavari supplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation (eg lactonic granules, galact granules etc ). you have to taxke all the supplements that is calcium iron folic acid which has been given by your doctor till you are continuing breastfeeding of the child.

A. You can take powder three times in the day with warm milk that usually helps a lot in increasing the lactation for our mother and apart from that a proper diet is definitely important for you to follow plus intake of water is very important
