how to increase breast milk for twin babies.. for 2 month I have managed breastfeeding but now babies started taking more.. I feel my breast milk has slow down.. is there any option to increase capacity of breast milk

You may take course of leptadene tablets twice a day with glass of milk daily for four weeks
Take sunbath daily w
Don't use RO water
Use drinking water having TDS higher than 350
Use more probiotics and millets in your diet
