Since baby has completed one year you can start giving all type of food which you prepare at home make sure it is cooked well and soft and less spicy. Prepare a timetable so that it will be easy for you to cover different type of pulses, veggies, fruits. include liquids like fresh fruit juice, milkshakes, buttermilk, coconut water. Instead of giving three big meal plan to give five meals in a day in a smaller quantity. And give finger food to baby to eat by it self so that baby will start learning to eat food and also baby will start enjoying eating food. Gradually you can give lunch and dinner to Baby to eat by itself.
