How to improve lactation in new mom's. I am an new mom and my baby is 16 days old. I am not having sufficient milk for my child. can u suggest anything that improves my lactation

Try to keep head up position while feeding
Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals
Burp well after every feeding
Stay hydrated
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food to increase your milk supply
Take seasonal fruits vegetables etc
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
