How to give medicine in sleep?Baby has got fever in sleep should we wake him up to give calpol or let him rest? Fever is 100.7

A. If Your child is sleeping let your child sleep don’t pick up your child start doing Thande Paani Ki Patti on the forehead and behind the need of your child currently that is what is going to help in reducing all the fever and whenever your child wakes up you give medicine that time only
