How to get rid of breast pain in right side and bodyache for 3days . what will be the reason of this? breastfeeding is still continuing.

A. Hi mommy Give adequate feeding Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
