I feel pain on the lower side of my right breast because of the milk duct clog. Is there any remedy to get rid of it

A. please take any paracetamol for relief of pain at present you can apply some hot fomentation for relief of clogged duct sometimes there can be chances of infection also need to see the doctor is required
