A. hello annaprashan sansakaar should be done after completion of six months. exclusive breastfeeding is recommended for first six months after birth. you can do this ceremony by giving something to eat for the first time like wheat or rice porridge . avoid making it too sweet..just half a spoon of sugar in half small bowl will be sufficient

A. Mostly Annaprasana should do for baby boys on 5months + 6th day and for baby Girls on 5months +5th day..
